20T Wax Injection Machine with Skateboard

The clamping force of this 20T Wax Injection Machine with Skateboard is 20T, the stroke of the slide plate is about 1000mm, which ensures the complete separation of the two stations. The second largest mold size is 500×500× 400mm. It has a customizable mold opening stroke, which can meet the needs of different height molds, and multi-point precise temperature control ensures uniform wax flow. The power supply is generally 380V/50Hz, but it can also be customized according to the export country.

Workflow

1. Start preparing:
Fix the mold on one end of the slide plate, and prepare for cleaning, spraying release agent, etc. At the same time, the wax injection nozzle is located at the other end of the slide plate.
2. To perform sliding positioning:
After preparation is complete, only need to gently push the lower slide plate, so that the mold accurately moved to the injection nozzle directly below.
3. Waxing:
The machine automatically completes a series of precise actions such as mold closing, injection, pressure holding, etc. The strong clamping force of 20 tons ensures that the mold does not move under high pressure.
4. End:
After pressure holding, pull back the slide plate to its original position for wax pattern removal and subsequent cleaning.
