1. Dewaxing Machine:
Our basic dewaxing machine is a reliable and economical general-purpose equipment, providing an efficient dewaxing solution for small and medium-sized foundries or multi-variety, small-batch production.
It adopts a stable steam or hot air dewaxing principle, features a robust structure and simple operation, and is equipped with an intuitive digital temperature controller and timer. It can be easily operated after simple training. Its core components are made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring long-term stable operation and a long service life in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
The side and bottom panels of the equipment are removable, facilitating daily cleaning of residual wax and maintenance. The standard high-efficiency wax-water separation and collection device ensures that high-quality wax can be effectively recycled and reused, significantly reducing raw material costs.
This model is an ideal choice for those introducing the dewaxing process for the first time or expanding production capacity, meeting basic process requirements at a lower investment cost.
2. Semi-automatic Dewaxing Machine:
The semi-automatic model features upgraded functions compared to the basic model, suitable for users who pursue higher production rates and operational consistency.
It automates the main processes (such as loading, heating, and partial cleaning) while retaining manual intervention interfaces for critical steps. It has an optional data recording module that automatically records key process parameters for each batch, such as maximum temperature, pressure curve, and processing time. Through our equipment design, we provide a reliable data chain for quality traceability, facilitating production analysis and continuous improvement, and enabling flexible manufacturing. This not only significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators and increases single-shift output, but also effectively guarantees the stability of dewaxing quality between batches by reducing human error.

3. Fully Automatic Dewaxing Machine:
The fully automatic dewaxing machine is one of Jar Hing's flagship products, representing the highest level of automation and intelligence in the dewaxing process. It integrates automatic feeding, precise temperature control, process monitoring, residual wax recovery, and finished product output, achieving true "one-button" production.
The advanced PLC and touchscreen control system allow all process parameters to be digitally set and stored, ensuring high product consistency. The heat recovery system recovers the heat from the high-temperature waste gas and condensed water generated during the dewaxing process, using it to preheat cold water or maintain the temperature of other equipment. Overall energy consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared to traditional equipment, achieving green and sustainable production.
While the built-in energy management system significantly reduces energy consumption per unit, the comprehensive production data recording function also provides strong support for quality traceability. Therefore, this model is a core piece of equipment for large modern casting enterprises to build efficient, intelligent, and digital production lines.
4. Mechanical Safety Interlock Dewaxing Machine:
The mechanical safety interlock dewaxing machine prioritizes operational safety while providing efficient dewaxing capabilities, making it particularly suitable for work environments with stringent safety production regulations.
The outer surface of the equipment uses high-efficiency insulation materials, ensuring that the shell temperature remains within a safe range even during operation. Robust mechanical safety interlock devices are installed at key locations such as the high-temperature and high-pressure working chamber and maintenance doors, ensuring that all protective doors are forcibly locked and cannot be opened during operation. The door locks can only be released after the internal pressure is completely released and the temperature drops to a safe threshold.
This passive safety design fundamentally eliminates the risks caused by misoperation, providing the highest level of safety protection for operators, and is an ideal choice for building a safety benchmark factory.
