Automatic Wax Tree Cleaning Tank

Designed and manufactured by Jar Hing, this Automatic Wax Tree Cleaning Tank consists of solvent cleaning tank + clean water cleaning tank + drain rack, which can be automatically cleaned and drained with the help of the height rise and fall of the cleaning chain track. The cleaning tank is circularly transported by water pump, and the wax tree fragments are removed by circulating water flow fluctuation opposite to the cleaning chain. The liquid level height of the cleaning tank can be seen according to the size of the wax tree. The liquid level height can be adjusted by using an adjusting plate, and the residual water after the wax tree cleaning can be removed by means of a jet gun. As the drainage frame is designed with slope, the residual water will flow back into the cleaning tank. The cleaning tank is equipped with a liquid level controller.
